Wanduramba Divisional Secretariat is about 700 meters from Baddegama Road from Wanduramba town.

Death certificate of the deceased
Documents related to applicant's relationship (birth certificate, marriage certificate)

An application can be obtained from the Early Childhood Development Officer of the Divisional Secretariat belonging to the maternity clinic you attended or from the officer implementing this program before 3 months of pregnancy.

Non-Governmental Organizations which have been established for more than one year are registered after providing documents.

Currently no new beneficiaries are being selected and appeals are being accepted for future consideration.

Either husband or wife can apply for this.

100 rupees if the number and date of the birth or marriage or death certificate is known,
If you do not know the number and date of the birth or marriage or death certificate, you can get the certificates by paying 200 rupees to the Divisional Secretariat.
In case of a birth, marriage or death in the Colombo district, the relevant certificates can be obtained from the Colombo Divisional Secretariat.

In order to register a normal birth, one should meet a birth registration registrar in the relevant district three months before the birth and register the birth.
For registration of births after three months meet Additional District Registrar and get relevant information.

First obtain the death certificate of the pensioner and stop the pension.
If there is more money, sending letters to the bank to bring it.
Then informing the concerned person to bring the following documents.
- Original copy of the death certificate of the pensioner
- Original copy of widow's birth certificate
- Original copy of marriage certificate
- A photocopy of the widow's bank book
- A photocopy of widow's identity card
- A photocopy of Widow Orphan Card or Widow Orphan Number
- A passport size color photograph attested by Gramaniladhari Officer
- All the photocopies of the above documents should be attested by the Village Officer.
Then, after they provide the relevant information, take the file and make the necessary arrangements to make the widow's and orphan's pension.

Cessation of pension for non-grant of life assurance for the relevant year.
After the pensioner arrives, give the life certificate and ask the village officer to bring it for certification.
Later updation of pension on surrender of life certificate again.

Clarifying that there is no legal provision to pay the amount to the heirs of a person entitled to Widow's Orphan's Pension under the Widow's Orphan's Pension Act, if there is any salary or arrears due to that person after his death.
